I recently found this girl's music and I absolutely love it. Does she still make music? What kind of things does she sing about? I love this style of music so much. I'm planning to go to Japan for Christmas and while I'm there I might as well pick up a cd or two.
+hawa yusof It's a cover of a song by Nanao Tavito and it's about the people and children living in Fukushima. On Spotify and iTunes, Nanao Tavito has translated his songtitles to English for some reason. The title is originally poetically 圏内の歌 "Kennai no Uta" ("Song within the sphere". Kennai could also bear the meaning 県内 "within the prefecture" ) and the English title "Within the Fukushima Evacuation Zone"
Listened to this song after a while and I still can’t accept that the word “escape” was used in this lyrics. Is it the word that’s used for the place where we live? Such a beautiful song but we shouldn’t forgive this reality: Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Disaster that we caused.
She's the most wholesome artist and performer on the planet.
So soft your voice
